Szymon Okoń is a student of the Faculty of Law, Adam Mickiewicz University and the Faculty of Finance, Capital Investments and Financial Enterprise Strategies, University of Economics in Poznań. He obtained scholarship at Edinburgh Napier University, Great Britain.

He gained practical legal experience in a Partnership of Legal Advisors where he was responsible for preparing legal opinions for companies, investment and legal due diligence processes. The author, executor and coordinator of the project: Negotiation and Diplomatic Seminars of European Parliament Member Jan Kułakowski. He was the project manager of “Lexicon of Service Marketing” – the original source of terms and definitions on service marketing and relationship marketing.

He is the member of the Students Scientific Group of Capital Investments “Profit”. He participated in many seminars and courses in the field of capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, investment and financial consulting. The member of the McKinsey & Company Club. The author of papers concerning commercial law and capital markets law. The co-author of the book – “Currency risk management” published by Helion, 2009.
