Jacek Dybiński

Jacek Dybiński is a PhD student in Chair of Private Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland and a trainee attorney at the Regional Council of Attorneys in Krakow. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University.

He had also studied at the Law Faculty of Tilburg University, The Netherlands (2004) and Yale Law School (New Haven, CT, USA) in 2005, where he went as a Fellow of The Tokyo Foundation to carry on a legal research on international corporate law and corporate governance.

He gained legal experience during his apprenticeships in Poland and abroad. He had been working as a legal assistant in law offices of Pollock Betten Legal Services, A Joined Venture, USA (2003) and Thomas W. Betten & Associates, Ltd., USA (2005). From 2006 he works as a trainee attorney at the Law Office Traple Konarski Podrecki in Krakow.

Mr. Dybinski’s current academic and professional interests are: international corporate law, Polish and European company law and comparative corporate governance. He is an author of articles and conference papers.
